Room rate: $159 per night for 1 King bed or 2 queen beds (taxes not included in the rate). The rate of $159 is available for the day before and the day after the event in case you want to get there a day before and leave the day after. IMPORTANT: Do not book your room until you receive the Booking Link in the Box.com folder.

Includes: 
  • Complimentary breakfast 6:30am – 9:30am
  • Access to pool, Jacuzzi and 24 hour fitness center
  • Complimentary parking – parking pass provided upon check in

Event Price: $499 – does not include room accommodations

Payment Options:

Pay in Full – at the time of purchase, you will pay the full amount of $499.

Deferred Payment – at the time of purchase, you will pay $252 (this includes a $2 Admin Fee). You will be invoiced separately for the remaining balance of $253 (this includes a $3 Admin Fee) 60 days later.

No Refunds after 30 days from purchase

  • Food Truck Day – a poll will be sent to select a food truck (you will have 3 food trucks to choose from.  The most popular one will be picked.)

Event Room: Room will be set up with Round tables – No more than 4 guests per table

Supplies Needed – Basic paper crafting supplies, such as:

  • Ruler
  • Scoring Board
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Bonefolder
  • Double Sided Tape or Glue
  • Scissors
  • Knife

IMPORTANT: Once you sign up for the event you will receive an email with a link to the MASTER DOWNLOAD pdf. This pdf will give you access to the project folder and Booking Link. Here are the steps you need to take:

  1. The first step is to create a Box.com account, if you don’t have one already. A Box.com account is completely free and you will never have to pay for it in order to access your Paper Phenomenon purchases. If you need help finding the free version of Box.com, please email info@paperphenomenon.com for instructions.
  2. Second, download your MASTER DOWNLOAD pdf from your confirmation email. You need to know where your computer puts downloaded files and retrieve it. Open the pdf and click on the link near the top of page 1. That link takes you to Box.com where we recommend you “join the folder”.
  3. In the “Booking Link” folder in Box.com, there will be a document with a link provided. Click on the link to reserve your room.
