How do I access my digital purchase?

Master download links will expire after 90 days. Any request for MASTER DOWNLOAD pdfs that have not been downloaded will be subject to a $2 fee per pdf.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL PURCHASE

Welcome to Paper Phenomenon!

 If this is your first digital purchase, please follow the simple steps below to access your files.

IMPORTANT: Please complete this process on a COMPUTER. The Box.com mobile app does not display the “Join Folder” button.

STEP 1  

Click the Box.com folder link located in your Master Download pdf. 

STEP 2  

If you do not already have a FREE Box.com account, you will be prompted to create one.

Creating an account is quick, easy, and completely free.

 STEP 3 

Once the Box.com folder opens, click the “Join Folder” button located in the upper right corner of the screen. IMPORTANT: Joining the Box.com folder is required.

This allows you to:

  • Access your files anytime  
  • Access your files from any device  
  • Automatically receive future file updates or corrections  
  • Revisit your purchases whenever needed

 STEP 4

After joining the folder, your purchase will always appear under “All Files” inside your Box.com account.

Helpful Tips

  •  Please save your MASTER DOWNLOAD.pdf to your computer for future reference.  
  • It is recommended that you create a dedicated Paper Phenomenon folder on your computer to store your purchase information
  • SVG Cut Files are delivered separately as direct downloads and do not use the MASTER DOWNLOAD.pdf system.  
  • MASTER DOWNLOAD links expire after 90 days. Replacement requests for undownloaded MASTER DOWNLOAD.pdf files are subject to a $2 replacement fee per PDF.

Email Confirmations

You will also receive two emails: Email #1 contains a link to download your MASTER DOWNLOAD pdf.

When you click on the link in Email #1, it takes you to the Download Now page. Next you will follow the steps in #5 above.

Email #2 allows you to View Your Order. If you click on this, it takes you to Step #4, above.

    •    We are not responsible for lost or expired downloads after the 90-day period.

    •    No refunds, exchanges, or reactivations will be issued for digital products after expiration.
